Joshua Gallaudet - Alternatives Technology Consultant with PIMCO

An experienced finance professional, Joshua Gallaudet serves as a consultant at PIMCO, where he focuses on alternatives technology. Joshua Gallaudet led the migration of a legacy SQL Server reporting database for a commercial real estate portfolio to Snowflake. He also designed reporting that consolidated performance data across commercial real estate, special situations, distressed credit, and private equity.

Previously, Mr. Gallaudet served as an associate in restructuring and turnaround at Alvarez & Marsal, where he prepared 13-week cashflow forecasts and business-plan projections for distressed clients. Earlier, as a manager in portfolio analytics and valuations, he implemented portfolio-monitoring software for alternative investment managers. His work included a reporting system for Silver Lake that aggregated portfolio company financials for valuation, investor relations, and limited partner reporting.

Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Gallaudet was an associate director in leveraged finance at UBS Securities. He worked across origination, underwriting, and syndication for sponsor-backed debt transactions, and led analyst and credit risk teams in financial model development. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor’s degree in American history from Trinity College.
